You can add a logo in the center of the QR (visual, not embedded in the vCard). Embedding a real base64 photo in the vCard data makes the QR huge and often unscannable — most business-card QRs skip it. Use the .vcf download route instead if you truly need a photo in the saved contact.
A vCard QR embeds the data directly — changing your info means regenerating the QR. If you'll reprint often, encode a URL to a hosted vCard file instead (upload the .vcf to your own site; make the QR point to that URL). Then updates only need the file, not the QR.
