Please read these Terms carefully before using ToolsPow (the "Service"), operated by Devglaze LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. What the Service is
ToolsPow is a browser-based suite of free and paid file-conversion and utility tools (PDF, image, video, audio, archive, text, QR, developer, and related). Most tools run on our servers; some run entirely in your browser. We also offer:
- A public REST API for programmatic conversions
- An MCP (Model Context Protocol) server for AI clients
- Cloud-source pickers for Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive
2. Eligibility & account
You must be at least 13 years old (or older if your jurisdiction requires it) to create an account. You are responsible for the security of your password and any activity that happens through your account.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- Upload, convert, store, or distribute content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights you don't hold
- Upload content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours, including (without limitation) CSAM, malware, instructions for illegal activity, or content that violates export-control laws
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass the Service's rate limits, security, or quota system
- Resell or relabel the Service as your own without a written agreement with us
- Probe the Service for vulnerabilities outside the bounds of a coordinated disclosure
- Send spam, harassment, or unsolicited bulk communication via our contact forms
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules without notice.
4. Free, Premium & token tiers
The Service offers three usage tiers:
- Free — every tool, modest daily quotas, browser-upload only
- Premium — monthly subscription via Stripe; higher quotas, larger uploads, URL uploads, cloud-source pickers
- Tokens — one-time Stripe purchase; tokens are spent only after a tier's daily quota is exhausted. Tokens never expire.
Quotas, file-size caps, and token costs may change over time. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days before they take effect for existing paying customers.
5. Payments
Premium subscriptions and token packs are billed by Stripe, our payment processor. All prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You authorise recurring charges for Premium until you cancel. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period.

6. Your content
You retain all rights to the files you upload. We need a limited licence to process them: to run them through our conversion pipeline, to store them only as long as our retention rules say (see Privacy Policy), and to deliver the output back to you.
We do not use your files to train AI models, sell your data, or share content with third parties beyond the processors named in the Privacy Policy.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but make no SLA promises on the free tier. Premium subscribers receive a best-effort SLA target of 99.5 % monthly uptime — credited proportionally on request if we miss it materially.
We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, security incidents, or to comply with law.
8. API & MCP usage
API and MCP keys must be kept confidential. We may revoke a key at any time if we detect abuse. Aggregate usage is subject to the same tier limits as the web interface; per-key rate limits also apply.
9. Intellectual property
The ToolsPow brand, code, and design are owned by Devglaze LLC. The open-source components powering individual tools retain their respective licences.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devglaze LLC's total liability arising out of or related to the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in that period, or (b) USD 50.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including lost profits or data, even if advised of the possibility.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Devglaze LLC harmless from any third-party claim arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Termination
You may close your account at any time from /user/account. After a 30-day grace period your data is permanently deleted. We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms or if continued provision becomes legally impractical.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes are posted here and (for paying customers) emailed at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Devglaze LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
