Common questions

Can I really use every tool for free?

Yes. The Free plan gives you every tool, up to 200 MB per file, with a sensible daily quota. Premium just removes the ceilings.

What happens when I hit my daily quota?

You'll see an upgrade prompt. If you have tokens in your account, you can use those to keep going. Otherwise the quota resets at midnight.

How do URL uploads work?

Paste an HTTPS link (Google Drive, Dropbox, or any direct URL) and the server fetches the file for you — bypassing the browser-upload ceiling. Premium-only.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Anytime. Manage payment, switch plans, or cancel from your billing portal — you keep access until the end of the billing period.

Do tokens expire?

Never. Buy them once, use them whenever.

What about my privacy?

Guest uploads are deleted within 1 hour. Logged-in users keep documents under "My Files" until they delete them. Videos are deleted after processing regardless of plan.
