Mistakes, double charges, or fraud

If you see an unexpected charge from Devglaze LLC on your statement, contact info@toolspow.com with the transaction ID and we'll investigate within 3 business days.

For chargebacks or disputes, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — we'll resolve issues faster directly than through the chargeback process.

How to request a refund

  1. Email info@toolspow.com from the email address on the account
  2. Include the Stripe charge ID (visible on your card statement or in /user/billing)
  3. Briefly explain the reason

We respond within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer in your jurisdiction.
